Returns

If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Pop your parcel back in the post to me within 30 days of delivery.

If your pin turns out to be faulty, I will replace it for you, or issue you with a full refund including postage if you don't wish to have a replacement pin.

If you change your mind (which you are very much allowed to do), then I will issue you with a refund for the pin only.

All return items must be returned in the state they were posted out to you, and in the case of change-of-heart items, the pin and backing card must still be in a pristine & resaleable condition. Any change-of-heart items returned damaged (where the damage was not caused by a manufacturing flaw) will unfortunately incur a fee to cover the damages caused.
